From the moment we arrived to view a trailer we were interested in, we were treated in a friendly, relaxed ,non pressure way. So nice to just get the information we needed to make the right decision. The customer service is top notch and the buying process was fast and efficient. We highly recommend buying your RV from BCRV. So happy we went there!

We have just bought our 2nd trailer from BCRV and have had nothing but great experiences from both sales and the service department... very fair prices, great trade in value and exceptional service from everyone there. I can't see us ever going anywhere else. I recommend everyone out there give them a look if your in the market or just have questions or need some work done, they are extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with.

Just wanted to give props to BCRV, My new Palomino trailer had some serious warranty issues, ie the front wall falling off. Not only did they fix it beyond factory spec, which it should have been from the factory, they took the time to reenforce the back wall as well, just to make sure it didn't happen at that end. From the time I dropped it off, till returned less than a week. They made it a priority, got it repaired and the owner Don, personally drove the 3 hours from Chilliwack to Keremeos to delivered it to my drive way with explanation of how it was repaired. A thank you and a hand shake later he was off to get his Okanagan Peaches and head home for another engagement. I can think of a few companies that could follow their Moto of customer service. Thank BCRV.
